Strategic Organization and Management Services

Question: Discuss about the Strategic Organization and Management Services. Answer: Introduction: A vision is a dream or a perception of how ideal things are supposed to be in your organization, given that all the issues that are affecting the organization are fully and correctly addressed. Visions are short phrases that convey the organizations future expectations. A vision clarifies and governing principles for the organization (Strategic Vision Statement, 2008). The vision statement of my resort will be To be the best resort in the region with the best and modern facilities. The vision stated above aims to make my resort the best by ensuring that the guests who visit are treated in a manner that leaves a lasting impression on how quality services a resort is supposed to deliver. This will be made possible by the modernization of the facilities in the resort. The resort employees will also be informed of the resort organization culture, such that they understand that to be the best in the region their services, as well as conduct, must be top notch. Employees culture will further be reinforced by the occasional training seminars they will be obliged to attend twice every year (Rouse and Davis, 2004). Investors who have provided the financial capital to fund the project of this resort, will also not be left out as they are aware that the hospitality industry is very competitive. The investors will be informed well enough such that they will be willing to part with the huge amount of cash required to actualize the vision since they will also acknowledge it. Suppliers will be advised on the resorts core values and how it steers towards the vision so that they can take up to themselves to deliver quality as well as modern products and produce since they also share the vision of the resort. The community around will also be very excited about the vision of my resort as it will bring them good business due to the regular guests who also happen to be wealthy and prominent as well as tourists from abroad (Kerzner, 2013). As a result, the community will take it upon themselves to ensure that the security is paramount and that the guests are not mugged as it will be bad for my business and so is theres. The Government will also not take a back seat as it will milk a lot of revenue due to the activities of my resort as they will be bringing foreign currency as well as taxes. The transport industry is another stakeholder who is bound to benefit as a result of striving to attain the resorts vision. Their business will mainly come from ferrying g uest as well as supplies to the resort. Financial institutions will come into place as prime stakeholders who will take custody of the resort's finances. The business will mainly be facilitated by the deposits and withdrawals that the resort undertakes on a daily basis as well as loans to fund the realisation of the vision. As the resort Chief Executive Officer, I can oversee the execution of all the above activities and direct them in a manner that they are in line with the vision of the resort. Re over still on this position can give the go ahead on marketing strategies that seem viable enough to steer the resort to its vision. References Judge, W.
